Our kids surf camp in Bolinas, California is designed for beginners and progressing surfers ages 8-17. Located in Marin County, our camp focuses on ocean safety, confidence, and fun, in a supportive environment.

Surf and Ocean Safety focus, with boogie boarding and ocean play.
Our kids surf camp in Bolinas, California is organized into a maximum of five small groups, each led by one head instructor and one counselor in training, with just 5–6 campers per group. A Lead Instructor is always posted on the beach, allowing us to maintain the best instructor-to-camper ratios in Marin County.
Along with surfing, campers enjoy fun beach games that reinforce ocean safety and surf knowledge. Weather and ocean conditions permitting, we aim to spend at least three hours surfing each day, adjusting for tides and currents to ensure safety.

PCSL provides: wetsuits, surf boards, boogie boards, coaches, face sunscreen, souvenir hats and a 20+yr seasoned ocean lifeguard (Nick O'Connor)

- 10am - Meet instructors in the grassy park behind the tennis courts at 80 Brighton Ave. Bolinas, Ca.
- 10-10:20 - Get suited and carry boards down to the beach.
- 10:20-10:30 - Daily Surf/Ocean Lesson: Monday- pop-ups, Tuesday- Etiquette, Wednesday- Currents, Thursday- Never surf alone
- 10:30-12:00 - SURF!
- 12:00-1:00 - Lunch: Game/Adventure- Groups will compete to win small prizes while learning valuable surf and ocean lessons (Wednesday's we venture into the lagoon to learn about currents.)
- 1:00-2:30- SURF!
- 2:30-3pm - Bring all equipment back up to the truck and change into warm, dry clothes!
