Private Lessons
Our private lessons are offered to all ages and all levels! They are one and a half hours long and take place in Bolinas, CA.
With a maximum of 4 participants, this is a great way to learn more with the guidance and instruction each individual requires.
Pacific Coast Surf Lessons provides wetsuits, surfboards, leashes, and life guard certified trained surf instructors.
At the end of every private surf lesson our clients walk away with new stories, an understanding of surfing etiquette, and pride in their abilities and strength.
Summer Schedule and Pricing
Private Surf Lessons are offered-
- Monday-Friday 10:30a-12p and 1p-2:30p
- Saturday 9am-5pm
Cost: a $100 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of registration. On the day of your lesson you will pay $60 per participant.
Lessons can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
What to Expect
Meeting Location: parking near 80 Brighton ave. Bolinas, CA
* you will meet your instructor next to our very fancy company equipment hauler, a Green Toyota Tacoma pickup, piled full of wetsuits and surfboards of all sizes!
Time: 1.5 Hours
- 10 minute wetsuit change and walk down to the beach
- 15-20 minute beach practice, safety and oceanography lesson
- 1 hour ocean practice
Bolinas Beach is OPEN!
There is a partial closure on the South-west end between Canyon Rd and Rosewood Rd. We will continue to follow Environmental Health Service guidelines to only provide lessons in safe and open sections of Bolinas Beach.
